i found a very nice little apartment. the lady at the reception gave us a complimentary breakfast when i mentioned the cleaners missed some kitchen garbage (it was a lovely gesture!). the staff were consistently friendly, and the food was quite nice.
the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't very effective. it struggled to reach a comfortable temperature (it was a bit inconvenient).

the reception staff offered attentive assistance and were very responsive to requests. housekeeping maintained the rooms well and the general service was attentive. i especially appreciated the warm welcome.

the hotel's location is excellent, close to nightlife, yet peaceful. santa ponsa beach is a quick five-minute walk. there are two clean pools, including one for toddlers and another for children, complete with a lifeguard. evening entertainment is provided for kids, letting adults enjoy meals in the courtyard.
the hob in our kitchenette was quite old , and wasn't fully functional .

easy check-infriendly greetinggreat entertainersdusty room
we had a family holiday with several apartments. check-in was easy, i received a friendly greeting upon arrival. the apartment included a tv, dining table, and balcony. milly and pab, the kids entertainers, worked hard to entertain kids with a varied program each night.
the air conditioning wasn't working immediately. it took three hours for them to fix it. the room become dusty after this repair.

onsite amenities included swimming pools plus a kids club. evening entertainment and a laundrette were available too. i used the pool bar as well. wifi worked well.

The pool area has lifeguards. I liked that the staff was really friendly. The rooms was big and always very clean.
The freezer in the fridge don't work. There was no door on the freezer. I saw insects every morning under the entrance door.

the staff showed pure dedication. the resort was clean and well-kept. the rooms were great for families and there were many pools with sun beds. breakfast had lots food, it was a great start for the day.
the evening could get a little loud cause of some noise.

location was central to everything, it was a five minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. spar was next door and a mini golf and arcade were nearby. the bus stop sits close to the hotel.

there were three big pools with lots of sun beds, there was even a baby pool with a fountain. there was a small park and a sand play area. kids entertainer was amazing, he was busy with children from morning to evening.

breakfast offered plenty options for everyone, it was a buffet. the pool bar food was very affordable. restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. food quality was wonderful, everything was fresh and well-prepared.

the rooms were clean and the staff constantly worked with smiles. my room had two single beds pushed together to make a large double. aircon was very quiet, you couldn't tell it was on. the kitchen was well equipped.
